Payment is due at the time services are rendered unless other financial arrangements have been made prior to your appointment.

We are NOT in-network with any insurance company.  If you have insurance, we will gladly file your claim to your primary dental insurance company as a courtesy. Your insurance company will reimburse you according to your individual insurance policy. We appreciate you providing the correct, up to date, insurance information.
